Waffles, ice cream, and swimming

We seem to be living Sam's fantasy day around here today. If it weren't for that pesky old nap, he'd be in Boo heaven.

Yesterday we spent the evening with Ben's parents and sister who is in town with her three kids. After a few hours of cavorting with the cool older kids who seemed to be happy to let Sam "catch" and "throw" the football he was very reluctant to leave. He gave each person the sweetest hug goodbye then all the way home he cried "I want to go to Susu and Papa's!"

Maybe we should have granted his wish and drove away really really fast.....
