Yes, I’m hanging my head in shame because quite awhile ago I wrote this entry.
Yesterday I bought a pair of bright ugly GREEN crocs for Sam because they’re green and because they brought him great joy. I know it’s wrong, I know I’m a hypocrite so you don’t need to mention it, ok?
This morning I read this. Yes, now apparently not only are crocs still ugly as sin, now they’re also going to make Sam fat, who knew? I noticed when he put them on this morning he just ballooned to twice his normal width and got shorter to boot!
Not only do they make him fat, they are dangerous to his health. He tried to run in them this morning and tripped over his own big oversized ugly green shoes. He cried, just for a second and then realized it might not be a good idea if he wants to continue to wear them. I sent him to daycare with some backup shoes in case he really wants to run. And that was BEFORE I read they were going to make him fat.

Damn, those shoes are ugly! I can't believe you caved and bought some...LOL. Remember when we had "gym shoes" that we changed into when it was time for Phys Ed? I guess kids don't do that anymore
