Cooking with the farm share

We're still eating stuff from the farm share from last week. Apparently when I'm gone no one eats any vegetables. Yesterday I made roasted potatoes (red, purple, yellow) and cauliflower (yellow, white, green, purple) with rosemary and olive oil. It's too pretty not to share:
Alas, the vegetable bin is now nearly bare so I'm wondering if we should sign up for every week next year.

No one eats vegetables while you are away - what a riot!

Nothing is better than roast cauliflower with olive oil - we had that last night, too!
