I'm enjoying these even if you don't

What? The posts about the farm share. We got our third share today and I'll be figuring out what to do with the following items:
mixed greens, baby pac choi, cilantro, daikon radish, shallots, kale, garlic, rutabaga, sweet winter carrots, sweet potatoes, yogurt, whole frozen chicken
It's not nearly as pretty as all the multicolored potatoes and cauliflower of the past shares but it's still quite appealing. So..suggestions for pac choi, daikon radish, kale and rutabaga? I've got the rest covered..

Is pac choi the same thing as bok choi? If so, it is good just sauteed with some olive oil and garlic, maybe a little soy sauce. Kale is not my favorite thing but I used to make soup with it back when I used to get a weekly box of random veggies.

sorry -- I couldn't see the picture before but now I can. It is the same thing. Baby bok choi is delicious -- you don't need to do a whole lot to it. All those veggies look so beautiful and fresh.

Hello stir fry - or, an Asian chicken noodle soup, they'd both be delicious.

I think the carrots looked particularly good.

Linda makes awesome kale, but I forget the exact recipe. I think she rinses it well, and then cooks it with garlic and lemon or something like that. If you need the details, I can ask her!
