A glimpse of fall

Now that we're completely covered in snow around here a picture of anything not covered in slippery white stuff is a nice change of pace. Not only does this picture show a nice fall day, it also includes my Dad. Everyone say "Hi Pete!"

He rebuilt the porch over the summer, pulled out all the overgrown bushes and such in front of the house and this is the result of all that work. Doesn't it look great? He's welcome to come and replace the boards on our porch any time he'd like.
