Need a close up of that picture?

The Fonz has nothing to fear.
Yes, it's a "Historical First" for him, the first time he's ever sat still long enough to have his teeth cleaned. Not only that, he sat still for X-rays and that's amazing to me because even as an adult I hate those things because of the way those little cards poke me in the mouth. Of course he deserved a sticker for that.

The hygienist painted his teeth with purple dye which, from a distance, made him look like a toothless trucker but when he rinsed, provided telltale pink evidence of poor brushing. Tooth goo if you must. I can't say I'm surprised since I've been pretty lax with his brushing and generally leave it all to him. Aren't these his practice teeth anyway?
Now they want us to floss his teeth as well since he's got a bit of decay between his back teeth. Oh, and he's certain to need braces.
They sent him off with stickers and useless little do-dads, no candy.
I asked Sam what he liked best about his visit to the dentist and as predicted, his favorite part was the waiting room with the toys.
Now, can you guess what flavor he chose for his toothpaste and fluoride treatment?
Update: Bubblegum for both. Had they had a flavor named "green" I bet he'd have picked that one as long as it was earlier in the list because as soon as the word "Bubblegum" was out of the hygienist's mouth his ears closed and his eyes rolled back in his head in ecstasy.

Was bubblegum one of the flavor options?
Thank god dentists don't give those pink plaque disclosure tablets to adults. Going to the dentist is bad enough without THE SHAME.
Green?
(You can argue, but I maintain green is a flavor.)
You can buy those plaque tablets at the drugstore. Very instructive, and also, fun for playing vampires!
I agree,
Green toothpaste and of course green flouride. Now don't forget to use green floss and good luck with that one...
I'll update flavor stuff in the main post too but nope, they don't have a flavor called "green." Beth wins, bubblegum all the way baby!
