What is one of the most embarassing things your kid can do? Today Sam pulled one of those...he BIT his friend!
Sam said "I was mad at him!"
Biting isn't an anger management tool.
Time out, tears, drama, friend gets to lick the beater (I was making cookies), apologies, and hugs. They were ok.
I wasn't though, I still had to tell his friend's parents and while they understand, it's still not something that should have happened in the first place. He's never bitten one of his friends before. Isn't this a little old for that behavior?
No, he didn't draw blood.
Oh, the most horrible and unfair part of his punishment in his eyes was not being able to lick the beater. I'm very glad I was baking at the time this happened.....
