Sam was very excited about Father's Day this morning. He had plans. "Let's make Daddy pancakes and watermelon and olives." I made the assumption it wasn't going to be watermelon and olive pancakes. When we woke up this morning Sam and I headed to the store to find watermelon and olives. The olive bar was not yet open! Who dares? He decided that pickles would be a good substitution. And that Daddy also needed a candy bar.
He's been feverishly wrapping presents for Ben too and after he did that he'd hide the presents in various parts of the house. This morning it all came together.
