Frogs!

Sam begs constantly to make cupcakes. I don't like making cupcakes very much; too many separate steps and usually the decorating items for Sam-style cupcakes are things I don't have in the house so I have to go to the store and buy a bunch of stuff when I need just a very small amount. Today was no exception. He wanted to make frogs so we made banana chocolate chip muffins and frosted them with brightly tinted cream cheese frosting. The eyeballs are cut mini marshmallows and the mouths are decorating gel necessitating a trip to the store. Still, as you can see, he was very proud of his creations.
