Christmas in review

Tree decorated in time for Christmas: check - decorated primarily with Sam-made ornaments. He especially enjoyed making pipe cleaner chains.

Susu staying over Christmas Eve: check

Kids service with stuffed animals: check

Package opened early: I made matching fleece pjs for Susan and Sam

Fondue dinner with friends: Special treat for me -- Ben shopped, cooked, AND cleaned up!

Much excitement at bedtime: check

Cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer: check

Kid still awake an hour later: check

Santa finally makes it to VT: check

Up at dawn: nope. 7:30!

Coffee brewing: check

First package of the day: Skateboard! Notice also the pjs - those are the ones I made.

Big hit toy of the day: balloon thing from my brother, sister-in-law, and nephew

Breakfast: Ben made eggs, sausage, and toast

Outside time: had to check out the new skateboard

Game testing: Let's see, we did Blokus, Pictureka, Ned's Head, and two computer games, Sponge Bob Square Pants and Sesame Street

New Reason to call the pediatrician: check
Gift that only Ben could identify although it highly amused the cat. Picture it flipping around in a seemingly random basis:
