Look what Sam caught

Sam went to the pediatrician on Friday for his five year check up. All systems are go and he's 46 1/2" tall and 47# so he's no longer a square, now he's a rectangle. He grew 3.5" in one year!

But look what he likely picked up while he was there:

And guess when we discovered this lovely gift? While we were at Susan's birthday lunch so Sam had the opportunity to infect even more people.

I'm waiting for a call back from the pediatrician's office right now....

I had pink eye for the FIRST TIME in my LIFE last spring. I actually think it was a sinus infection that got into my eye. It sucked! (plus, I felt like typhoid Mary).

I hope he gets over it soon.
