There's a little excitement around here

Halloween is tomorrow and that is the most exciting thing ever! Prep work today included the carving of the pumpkins. These are Sam's designs although I snuck in a few tests where I carved into the surface of the pumpkins just to see what I could do. You can see my UFO on the middle pumpkin between Sam's moon and star.

Here are our three pumpkins, fresh from the carving knives.


And here is a close up of my test carving on the back of the happy pumpkin.


It looks as though I've still got some work to do to make it look good but it's a start. If you can't tell it's a witch hat, please lie and say you can.

Now I've really got to figure out how to take good pictures of pumpkins.
