Notice the newspaper? Little Dude is apparently adopting my habit of reading while eating breakfast. I'm happy to say that I don't generally have an unwiped runny nose but I wouldn't be surprised if I also have a bit of a grumpy glare first thing in the morning. And I do read with the paper right side up.
And in a not-so-lovely parenting moment, this evening I was on the phone while Sam was wailing for my attention. I kept moving, walking in a circle around the living room, kitchen, and dining room so as to maximize the distance (and therefore decrease the volume) between us. Why is it his volume increases the more I need to concentrate on something other than him?
