Thumbody Special

It appears that Sam's found a new security item. It's easily transportable but separation from Sam is inevitable. He's taken to holding on to my THUMBS! When he's upset I'll hear the plea "Mama's dumb!" which is less than flattering so I hope he begins to pronounce his th sounds sometime soon. Actually, I wish that he'd forget all about my thumbs as I'm finding quite inconvenient to do things when he needs a thumb fix.

Went to see "Pride and Prejudice" yesterday and while it was fun, it's hard to see women acting so passive even as a part of a period piece. And yikes! Keira Knightly who played the main character Elizabeth has the most irritating laugh/giggle in the history of movies. It seemed so out of character for a supposedly intelligent and clever woman. Maybe I should have read the book. But hey, it passed the butt test so I give it a thumbs up.
