The other constant has been cheese. Pizza for lunch yesterday, grilled cheese (yes, in the panini maker) today followed by cheese fondue for dinner. This verifies our Wisconsin roots, just in case you ever doubted it. Fondue turns into belly lead shortly after dinner but it’s worth it, very worth it. Moderation is not in my nature when it comes to cheese.
And just to impress the knitters out there, she knit a whole sweater in a week. It looks great and is in Sam’s most recent favorite color, orange. She hates orange so that’s a testament to her love for our wee small dude.

Your Mom reads your blog, right? MOVE TO VERMONT! MOVE TO VERMONT! MOVE TO VERMONT!
Tim and Lisa have a method of avoiding the lead-like cheese ball in your stomach after a fondue dinner. They always drink lots of hot tea with their fondue!
Grandma time is the best! And once again Anne, you should be working for the Vermont department of tourism!
I just LOVE the look on Sam's face in the first pic. That is some assertive lovin' there!
I am way impressed with your mom's mad knitting skilz. I've been taking a knitting class, and I really enjoy it.
