Let's say some friends are over.
They stay for lunch.

The kids are getting antsy and noisy.
I decide cookies might be a fun thing to do.
Lily says red.
Sam says green.
We have no green food coloring.

Hamburger chip cookies. Very disturbing.

Let's face it - I'd eat them.
When I was in high school, I would make snickerdoodles in weird colors (and sometimes color 1/2 the dough one color and 1/2 another, and then squash bits together to get multi-colored cookies).
They were still yummy!
