Sam's thank you letter to his teacher

Today is the last day of school and Sam spent some time this morning writing a note to his teacher -- on the computer no less. Here it is with his original spelling.

Translation:

Dear Miss Saunders,

You are the best kindergarten teacher in the whole universe. Thank you for teaching me how to read and write and spell and you taught me what matter means. You taught me about solids and liquids. I wish that I could be your student forever.

He signed it "From Sam."

Isn't that adorable? I'm sure she will appreciate his ability to "spel" and "ruet." I love his spelling of the word universe...

What Beth said! I think that's pretty good for the end of Kindergarten.
