Our new addition

I've got a fluffy, cute, and very large temporary addition to the family. Meet Bonny.



She's very sweet but as you can see from the picture, she's still a little skeptical about being with us.



She follows me around and has managed to worm her way on to the couch to snuggle with me. I can't resist. She's a very sweet and somewhat timid dog.

Tonight we had people over for a family movie night. I made five batches of popcorn* and there were lots of kids. Bonnie was in popcorn heaven! She helped me clean up.

She'll be with us for six months and Sam is enjoying her very much.

*I was thinking it would be nice for all the kids to have their own bowl of popcorn but I don't have a bowl collection. It occurred to me that I could make containers out of paper and my friend had given me a Martha Stewart magazine so I used that and a couple of staples to make these.



It's a good thing.
